1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at info@orng.life to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
  3. Packaging: Carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the Return Authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or exchange for a similar item.
  • The exchange process is the same as the return process, except you will need to specify the desired replacement item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days days of delivery.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

6. Additional Notes

  • Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Sales items are typically final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
